Pridmore: Arabic Malay: negri singgura = City of Singgora Siamese: song khla = Singgora Metal: tin According to the information from a coin dealer, it is a private token (jokoh) issued in the province of Patalung (Phatthalung, southern Thailand) and used in Kelantan (Malaysia) and Thailand as private money in the 19th century.
